We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the monograph of Elsa Prochazka, one of the most influential contemporary creators of Vienna. The focus of the architect, who has been active for more than 40 years, lies in school buildings, residential quarters and urban planning projects, praised by architecture journalist Otto Kapfinger for their "unpathetic elegance and ingenious usefulness". As an exhibition designer, Prochazka has made appearance by designing the musicians' apartments of the Wien Museum.
To present her new monograph, Otto Kapfinger offers a first introduction on and talks about fundamental aspects in the work and personality of this versatile and committed architect.
